Job Summary
Maintenance Technician at a cultivation-focused facility responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production machines and facility equipment. Duties include preventive and unscheduled repairs, simple machinist tasks, mechanical/electrical/pneumatic/hydraulic troubleshooting, reading equipment manuals and work orders, diagnosing problems, replacing/repairing parts, testing/adjusting systems, performing plumbing and carpentry tasks, and using hand and power tools. Emphasis on safety compliance, maintaining orderly work areas, and supporting site goals. Requires high school diploma/GED with apprenticeship or equivalent experience; associate degree a plus; 4+ years manufacturing experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, PLC, and HVAC skills; able to work independently. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED and completion of a craft apprenticeship, or an equivalent number of years of education and production maintenance experience
- Associate's degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance a plus
- Four or more years of manufacturing experience; strong hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and industrial skills with some PLC experience and HVAC; vacuum furnace experience is preferred
