Job Summary
Ensure plants remain in optimal health through daily inspections and report any problems immediately. Implement corrective actions for product, process, or quality system issues while maintaining strict separation of strains and phenols during harvest. Perform plant maintenance, cloning, and transplanting, including removing plants from growing media and netting them onto hooks for delivery to dry rooms. Wash and sanitize all equipment and the entire room before restarting, scouting for pests, viruses, or disease. Prepare rooms for load by placing grow media, hanging trellis, and installing irrigation hoses and drippers. Assist with irrigation system maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure appropriate water and nutrient delivery. Work various day, weekend, and night shifts at our Las Vegas facility, adhering to department policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be over 21 years of age
- Must be approved by the Nevada Cannabis Control Board to receive and maintain a current registered Agent Card
- Available to work various schedules
- Flexible availability to workday, weekend, and night shifts
- Must be able to work at least 40 hours a week
- Physical stamina and manual dexterity
- Ability to stand for part of the shift
- Must be able to pick up at least 40 pounds safely
- Team-player mentality
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Must be detailed and able to work quickly
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Problem solver
- Fast learner and able to work under pressure
- Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, squat, and twist for prolonged periods
- Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift 40 lbs. to a minimum height of 5 feet
- Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet, with or without mechanical assistance
- Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities
- Must be able to stand, sit for prolonged periods, bend, kneel, squat, and twist
Desired Qualifications
- Prior cultivation and/or irrigation experience is preferred
- Knowledge of pest and disease control management is a plus
- Desire to learn about our products and company
