Job Summary
Cultivation Associate at Curaleaf responsible for supporting the full cannabis plant life cycle from clone to harvest in a high-growth cultivation operation. Responsibilities include daily plant care (cutting, rooting, transplanting, watering, feeding, trimming, staking, pruning), monitoring humidity, moisture, and temperature to maintain ideal growing conditions, inspecting plants for leaf health, pests, and disease, assisting with harvest and curing processes, labeling and weighing products, and entering inventory data. Operate and maintain lighting, irrigation, and climate-control systems, stock supplies, and keep cultivation areas clean. Cross-train across production activities, contribute during peak periods to packaging premium products, and follow state regulations and security procedures. Required skills include strong attention to detail, reliability, teamwork, and solid math/measurement capabilities. A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required; knowledge of growing technologies (lighting, irrigation, soil, nutrients) and experience in horticulture or agriculture are a plus.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to stand, lift up to 50 pounds
- Attention to detail and inventory skills
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
- Ability to operate scales and measurement tools
- Ability to work Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm
