Job Summary
Perform general cleaning duties in and around the facility including trays, containers, drainage systems, and fertigation systems. Execute grow tasks such as cloning, transplanting, trellising, watering, feeding, defoliation, flushing, foliar sprays, waste disposal, sachet hanging, inventory management, day tank adjustments, and room sanitizing. Maintain up-to-date accurate data logs and follow all standard operating procedures, IPM protocols, and verbal directives. Work closely with the Cultivation Department Head and team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently in a high-production greenhouse environment with high light and heat levels. Maintain a clean, organized work environment and complete duties on time while adhering to company policies and operational guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- At least 21 years of age
- Pass a Federal and State criminal history background check
- At least a high school diploma/GED
- Flexibility to accommodate scheduling demands including some weekends and applicable holidays

- Ability and willingness to ensure all tasks are performed correctly, efficiently, and effectively
- Excellent observational skills
- Ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations

- Ability to maintain respectful, open communication with the management team and other co-workers
- Willingness and ability to perform physical tasks requiring sitting, walking, kneeling, bending, twisting, and reaching in full range of motion
- Ability to carry/lift loads of up to 50lbs, often times repeatedly, throughout the day
- Ability to stand, stoop, squat, or crouch for more than 4 hours sequentially
- Ability to extend and repetitively use arms, hands, and fingers to cut and manipulate small objects
- Willingness and ability to work in an environment with high light and heat levels
