Job Summary
Cultivation Associate at Curaleaf supports the full cannabis plant life cycle from clone to harvest. Responsibilities include daily plant care (cutting, rooting, transplanting, watering, feeding, trimming, staking, pruning), monitoring humidity, moisture, and temperature to maintain ideal conditions, inspecting plants for leaf health, pests, or disease, assisting with harvest and curing (weighing, labeling, inventory entry), operating lighting, irrigation, and climate-control systems, and ensuring compliance with state regulations and security procedures. The role requires reliability, a team-oriented mindset, strong documentation and math/measurement skills, and a high school diploma or equivalent. New York hiring range is $18.50/hour. New hire schedule is Monday–Friday, 7am–3:30pm in Ravena, NY.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Experience with plant care or cultivation preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a team
