Cultivation Associate

Cultivation Associate at Curaleaf in Hammonton, NJ, responsible for day-to-day plant care at our cannabis cultivation facility to meet production goals and quality targets. Duties include trimming, pruning, debulking, transplanting, cloning (cutting, rooting, transplanting; clone care, watering, feeding), canopy manipulation, monitoring humidity/moisture/temperature, inspecting crops for pests/disease and removing substandard plants, caring for plants through vegetative and flowering stages, harvesting (cutting, trimming, removing flowering tops), curing (hanging and dry-racking), operating and maintaining cultivation systems/equipment, and ensuring daily compliance with policies including security/access protocols. Also handles sanitation and organization tasks in grow rooms and supports planning with cultivation leadership to align with production schedules. Desired attributes include a green thumb, attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, and willingness to learn techniques aligned with company best practices. Previous landscaping, horticulture, or agriculture experience is a plus.
