Cultivation Agent - Indoor Flower

Cultivation Agent to join Cresco Labs’ facility. The role is responsible for on-site cultivation across one or more medical cannabis gardens, carrying out day-to-day plant care (watering, pruning, trimming), moving plants, transplanting, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the production area, and assisting with documentation of plant tracking numbers, lot numbers, and related activities. Must monitor plant health and quality control measures in accordance with Cresco Labs policy and commonwealth standards. Must be able to work in indoor/greenhouse environments, lift up to 50 lbs, and operate in a fast-paced setting. Requires at least two years of production experience (preferably in a regulated field), ability to multitask, and compliance with industry regulations; 21+ years of age or older and legal work authorization in the United States without sponsorship.
