Job Summary
Monitor and maintain plant production and health by watering, pruning, harvesting, and trimming according to Cresco Labs policy. Ensure plant health through topping and moving plants efficiently between areas, while transplanting smaller plants into bigger pots. Maintain quality control measures and facility cleanliness, including safe waste disposal and cleaning all equipment and tools. Assist the Cultivation Manager with tracking plants from birth to harvest by documenting plant tracking numbers, lot numbers, and other applicable information.
Required Qualifications
- Two years experience in general production, preferably a regulated field producing for human consumption
- Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task
- Ability to perform the job duties in indoor and greenhouse climates of varying weather conditions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment
- Requires work around plant material, which could include exposure to plant pollen and/or dust
- Requires ability to sit, stand, kneel, and/or do repetitive actions with your hands for long periods of time
- Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level
- Must be 21 years of age or older to apply
- Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without the need for current or future sponsorship at any time
