Job Summary
Greet, engage, and assist customers warmly by providing personalized service, making product recommendations, and processing transactions accurately. Demonstrate ownership in achieving store objectives through suggestive selling, maintaining merchandise presentation standards, and managing daily recovery and stock replenishment. Handle customer inquiries, returns, and concerns with professionalism while following asset protection procedures and safety guidelines. Contribute to store operations by assisting with fulfillment, pricing, and promotional sets, and build genuine relationships to foster customer loyalty. Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, available to move around all store areas and lift up to 40 lbs.

- Comfortable with technology, including smart phones, tablet computers and Windows-based operating systems

- Must regularly move around all store areas and be accessible to customers
- Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry, and move at least 40 lbs
