Job Summary
Prep veggies, dough, and party food while rocking the dish pit and keeping the kitchen sparkling clean. Cook up delicious meals fast and safe on the line, making every plate look perfect before it leaves. Follow recipes strictly to keep waste low and adhere to food safety rules. Pitch in to sweep, mop, and maintain a spotless environment. Work weekends, nights, and holidays in a hot, humid kitchen environment. Lift up to 50 lbs with team assistance and navigate loud, energetic spaces.
Required Qualifications
- You know your way around Micros, KDS, or Compeat (or can learn fast)
- You follow recipes like a pro — no shortcuts here!
- You're all about safety, especially in the kitchen
- Ability to obtain a Food Handlers Certification
- Must be available to work weekends, nights and holidays
- Lift up to 25 lbs
- Up to 50 lbs
- Over 50 lbs (Team Lift Only)
- Bending, reaching, and pushing
- Working in a hot, humid kitchen (flames and all!)
- Quick trips to the fridge or freezer
- Loud noises, fun, and full of energy
