Job Summary
Culinary Team Lead at Dollywood Theme Park oversees food quality and safety, enforces portions and standards, and supervises staff to ensure guests receive high-quality, visually appealing products with excellent service. Responsibilities include quality assurance of prepared foods, inventory and waste control, cost analysis, scheduling and payroll support, enforcing health and safety policies, use of the Start Fresh program, and upholding the Lead with Love values. The role requires supervisory experience, ServSafe Manager certification, and proficiency with Word/Outlook/Excel, plus a valid driver’s license and ability to complete background screening. Must be able to work at different park locations, accommodating a fast-paced hospitality environment and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to obtain ServSafe Manager Certification
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- A minimum of 1 year of Food Service experience
- A minimum of 6 months of supervisory experience
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and a working knowledge of Excel
- Must have a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance
- Must be able to successfully complete a post-offer background check and drug screening
