Job Summary
Culinary Team Lead responsible for supervising food service operations at Dollywood, enforcing food handling standards, managing inventory and cost controls, ensuring high-quality guest experiences, conducting performance evaluations, and leading a team to maintain safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance. Requires supervisory experience, ServSafe Manager certification, proficiency with Microsoft Office, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends; role emphasizes leadership, cost management, and adherence to brand culture and safety policies.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- A minimum of 1 year of Food Service experience
- A minimum of 6 months of supervisory experience
- Must be able to obtain ServSafe Manager Certification
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and a working knowledge of Excel
- Must have a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance
- Must be able to successfully complete a post-offer background check and drug screening
- Experience with scheduling and payroll/time keeping software preferred
