Job Summary
Lead culinary team as Chef de Partie in a high-end New York kitchen, ensuring top-tier food preparation and presentation in line with standards. Collaborate daily with the Sous Chef on priorities, uphold strict safety and sanitation policies, manage mise en place across stations, and direct line, prep, and station work to maintain efficient ticket flow, minimize waste, and control inventory. Bring expertise in cooking methods and equipment to drive quality, consistency, and innovative ideas across multiple kitchen stations.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to perform essential job functions safely and successfully with ADA, FMLA and other standards
- Regular punctual attendance
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods
- Movements within the property including frequent lifting, bending, and climbing steps
