Job Summary
As a valuable member of the Real Sports Culinary Team, you will deliver winning service in a high-paced, high-volume environment. Under the direction of the Chef, you will ensure accurate preparation and cooking techniques are implemented, oversee inventory of protein, produce, dry goods and cleaning supplies, and provide hands-on support and training to Cooks on station to ensure final product meets specifications. You will conduct taste tests for quality assurance, manage closing procedures, report equipment or product discrepancies, maintain a clean and safe work area per food safety standards, ensure proper storage with correct rotation, prioritize tasks for speed and quality, perform quality checks on Expo operations, and contribute to a team-focused environment to maximize guest satisfaction. Follow MLSE Health & Safety policies and Occupational Health & Safety Act guidelines. A minimum of 3 years in a high-volume kitchen is required; flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential. POS and inventory system experience is an asset, and strong interpersonal and communication skills with a winning attitude are valued.
