Job Summary

The Culinary Supervisor is responsible for maintaining high guest and staff satisfaction in a fast-paced kitchen environment, supervising kitchen activity, training staff, ensuring food quality and safety, and assisting management with day-to-day operations.

Required Qualifications

  • One to two years kitchen experience in a high volume Food and Beverage environment
  • Health permit/food safety and Alcohol Awareness certificates required

Desired Qualifications

  • Supervisory or management experience preferred
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to interact professionally with other departments and outside contacts
  • Ability to complete a heavy workload and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Good judgment and decision making abilities
  • Basic computer skills, Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred

Additional Requirements

  • Staff Member is required to obtain health permit/food safety and Alcohol Awareness cards individually and provide proof of possession prior to first day of employment subject to local laws
