Job Summary

Responsible for supervising kitchen flow to ensure quality and meet specifications, conducting daily shift meetings, training staff, assisting management with motivating and coaching culinary personnel, managing inventory and labor controls, ensuring expo efficiency, coordinating catering/banquet functions, maintaining product quality, plate presentation, sanitation and safety standards, and communicating product knowledge to guests. Requires 1–2 years kitchen experience in a high-volume F&B environment with supervisory or management experience preferred; strong communication, multitasking, and basic computer skills are needed. Rate of pay ranges $20-$25 per hour based on experience.

Required Qualifications

  • One to two years kitchen experience in a high volume Food and Beverage environment
  • Supervisory or management experience preferred
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to interact professionally with other departments and outside contacts
  • Ability to complete a heavy workload and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Good judgment and decision making abilities
  • Basic computer skills, Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred
