Job Summary
Culinary Supervisor responsible for coordinating day-to-day kitchen operations at the FirstBank Amphitheater, reporting to the Concessions Chef. Leads a kitchen team to follow opening/closing procedures, ensures food preparation per portion sizes and quality standards, maintains HACCP and sanitation standards, supervises uniforms/grooming, participates in monthly inventory, and supports safety and equipment maintenance. Requires professional culinary training or equivalent fast-paced experience, food safety certification, English proficiency, ability to multi-task, mobility to perform physical tasks, and availability for all stadium events; works under Legends Uniform guidelines and collaborates with chefs to deliver high-quality guest experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Professional culinary education or equivalent experience in a fast-paced, high-volume fine dining restaurant/catering facility
- Must be able to obtain food safety certification
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, team-oriented setting
- Fluent in reading, speaking, and writing English
- Mobility to perform tasks including reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods
- Ability to lift, push, pull approximately 50 lbs
- Ability to stand or walk for long periods
- Availability for all stadium events
- Compliance with safety policies and procedures
