Job Summary
Culinary Supervisor responsible for the daily operation of the kitchen, including menu planning, recipe testing, staff scheduling and training, maintaining food quality and safety, and coordinating events. Leads back-of-house staff, ensures sanitation and compliance with regulations, oversees portioning and production techniques, supports promotional activities and continuous process improvements, and provides strong communication and leadership to deliver a high-quality culinary experience at SUNY Geneseo.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent
- One year of culinary experience
- Associates degree or equivalent preferred or combination of education and experience
