Culinary Stock Receiver Associate

Receive and account for all food and non-food goods for the Culinary Services department, ensuring delivered products are accurate, wholesome, and properly labeled. Maintain storage areas for organization, implement FIFO rotations, and perform daily and weekly inventories to ensure information accuracy. Evaluate each delivery for spoilage, damage, and accuracy against invoices, collecting and confirming documentation in a timely manner. Communicate product availability and address order placement questions while retrieving supplies and assisting with meal service as needed. Conduct detailed cleaning throughout kitchens to uphold operational standards and prevent foodborne illness.
