Culinary Specialist - Evenings

Prepare, portion, and serve meals, snacks, desserts, beverages, and supplements according to menu and therapeutic diet requirements; assist residents during meal service with professionalism, patience, and empathy; maintain accurate documentation of dietary changes, meal intake, and resident requests; operate, clean, and maintain kitchen equipment following sanitation and safety standards; wash dishes, cookware, and kitchen utensils in compliance with state and federal regulations; monitor dishwasher temperatures and ensure proper sanitation procedures are followed; assist with food receiving, storage, and inventory organization; collaborate effectively with nursing staff, families, and interdisciplinary team members regarding resident dietary needs; support a clean, safe, and organized kitchen and dining environment; participate in training, in-services, and facility initiatives as assigned.
