Culinary Services Director

Conduct inventory, purchasing, storing, and preparation of food according to menus and regulations. Establish and maintain procedures for safety and sanitation standards. Provide leadership and supervision of dietary staff, including hiring, evaluating, and recommending pay raises. Establish and maintain records and receipts regarding dietary operations, submitting purchase invoices and receipts for processing with required coding. Order all supplies and maintain inventory control. One to two years' experience in a similar position is preferred.
