Job Summary
Lead and shape the dining experience for residents by overseeing all dining services operations, developing menus that meet nutritional needs and special diets, ensuring sanitation and safety compliance, recruiting and supervising the dining team, managing inventory and budget adherence, maintaining welcoming dining spaces, collaborating with Activities to plan events, and driving continuous improvements in service standards and resident satisfaction. Requires 3–5 years of management in food service/hospitality/senior living or healthcare, ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days), strong leadership and communication abilities, and knowledge of nutrition and dietary guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of management experience in food service, hospitality, senior living, or healthcare
- ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire)
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
