Job Summary
Join Healthcare Services Group as a Culinary Services Director, leading the dining department at a long-term care facility. Responsible for maintaining food quality, safety standards, and overseeing the food service team.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or higher in food service management or hospitality
- Two years of experience in quantity food production/service
- Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification preferred
- Must obtain Food Protection Manager (FPM) certification
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must lift/carry 50 pounds
- Basic computer skills
