Job Summary
Join Healthcare Services Group as a Culinary Services Director, overseeing the food service program at a long-term care facility. This position involves leading a team to maintain high quality standards, manage inventory, ensure food safety, and enhance the dining experience for residents.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or higher in food service management or hospitality
- Two years of experience in quantity food production/service and personnel supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies
- Ability to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds
- Residency within the service area required
Desired Qualifications
- Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification preferred
- Food Protection Manager (FPM) certification within 14 days of employment
- Food Service Manager (FSM) certification within 60 days of employment
- Long-Term Care Food Service (LTC-FSM) certification within 60 days of employment
