Culinary Services Director

Promote Benedictine's mission and core values of Hospitality, Stewardship, Respect, and Justice by bringing them to life in the organization. Build and retain a strong culinary team where opportunities for growth are encouraged and all members are valued. Collaborate with all care providers and oversee a safe, sanitary environment. Manage efficient operations to maximize resident satisfaction, including oversight of the culinary budget. This role requires a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) or eligibility within 16 months of hire, plus an approved food safety certification. Salary ranges from $27.36 to $49.46.
