Culinary Services Assistant

Serve residents and guests in the dining room following established procedures while assisting with drink and food preparation. Perform assigned tasks including cleaning up, washing dishes, and setting up or taking down dining areas. Prepare and serve snacks by replenishing stock items in common area refreshment centers. Maintain procedures to meet safety and sanitation standards ensuring compliance with governmental regulations. Adhere to the regular schedule of work activities to assure effective food service.
