Culinary Services Assistant

Assists chefs in food preparation tasks as assigned and maintains dining standards for residents, including efficient meal service delivery, customer service, and kitchen cleanliness. Assures serving meals to residents within scheduled time frames and reports problems, concerns, and issues observed with food service to appropriate parties. Observes all work, safety, and administrative rules, including local and state requirements. One to two years' experience in a similar position is preferred.
