Culinary Service Cook

Prepare, serve, and manage food for residents, guests, and employees under the direction of the Culinary Services Director. Coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to increase resident acceptance and compliance with therapeutic diet orders while maintaining cost, quality, and quantity controls. Provide meal service that preserves personal dignity by offering maximum choice. Work every other weekend from 10am to 6pm.
