Job Summary
Assist the cook in the preparation and service of meals meeting scheduled mealtimes. Follow established policies and procedures for the Culinary Services Department to promote food service standards through cost, quality, and quantity controls. Provide meal service that meets resident desires by offering choice and preserving personal dignity. This role requires a commitment to working with geriatric residents and understanding their special needs. Candidates must qualify for employment after criminal background study per Minnesota Department of Human Services guidelines. Required Qualifications
