Job Summary
Set up and break down the dining room for each meal service, ensuring proper table settings and cleanliness. Maintain a sanitary dining environment and operate kitchen equipment like dishwashers and coffee pots according to safety standards. Provide exceptional customer service to residents, staff, and visitors while adhering to HIPAA privacy regulations and dietary restrictions. Attend mandatory training sessions and report equipment issues to management. Must be able to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand, walk, stoop, and move intermittently throughout the workday
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and move equipment and supplies up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a food service or healthcare setting
