Job Summary
Culinary Operations Manager leads strategic and hands-on Kitchen and Marketplace operations, coaching a growing team of associates and supervisors, and driving forecasting, labor, food cost, and revenue with cross-department collaboration. Partners with supply chain and local/national purveyors to source ingredients, ensures recipe accuracy and onboarding of new menu items, maintains food safety and sustainability compliance, and cultivates strong chef relationships to support optimal menu execution and eater experience. Strong candidates will have 3+ years of supervisory/management experience in high-volume food environments, ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain, proficiency with Google apps, and exceptional leadership and communication skills; Spanish-language ability is highly preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of Supervisor or Management experience in Food Manufacturing and/or High Volume Commercial Kitchen
- Servsafe certification or willing to complete upon hiring
- Proficiency with Google apps (Gmail, Drive, spreadsheets, etc.)
- Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment with a high level of ambiguity and change
- Being able to speak conversational Spanish is strongly preferred
