Culinary Multi Unit Lead - Dollywood Theme Park - Full Time Year Round

Job Summary
Conduct daily safety and sanitation audits, manage payroll expenditures, and supervise staffing levels to ensure profitable operation of assigned Dollywood Theme Park Foods Division units. Maintain food quality guidelines, review guest service delivery, and handle team member evaluations while enforcing "Start Fresh" program standards. Open and close restaurant shifts, coordinate hiring and training, and resolve guest complaints in a fast-paced environment requiring travel across multiple locations. Requires ServSafe certification, valid driver's license, and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years of age
- Minimum of 4 years of Food Service experience
- Minimum of 2 years of Supervisory experience
- ServSafe Manager Certification Program
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Valid driver's license
- Proof of auto liability insurance
- Acceptable motor vehicle driving record
- Ability to safely operate company vehicles according to company policy
- Must be able to pass background screening which includes criminal history and motor vehicle record check
- Ability to make a friendly impression when speaking to or corresponding with guests, vendors, and other employees
- Must reflect Dollywood's image by being genuinely friendly and caring and by taking pride in work
- Must be self-motivated and disciplined
- Must be able to prioritize and complete work assignments on a timely basis
- Must maintain strict confidentiality and judgment regarding privileged information
- Must be committed to continuous improvement

- Manual dexterity to operate calculators and computers, as well as cash registers
- Ability to endure heat, cold temperature change and humidity to work in kitchens, walk-in coolers, freezers, and changing weather
- Position may require occasional to frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs
- Position may require intermittent to prolonged sitting, standing and/or walking for duration of shift, up to 13 hours
- Employees may also be required to travel to various areas on property which may include changes in terrain, stairs and uneven surfaces
- This position requires the ability to perform work tasks in varying weather conditions to include extreme cold and heat
- This position requires strong cognitive skills, including the ability to think critically, solve problems, process and retain information, have attention to detail and communicate effectively using approved methods
- Able to meet the physical demands of the job
- Able to stand and move about to assist where needed in a unit and to move from unit to unit
- Able to balance, kneel, stoop, and bend to help maintain a clean and organized work area
- Employees must be available and willing to work at different locations on park
