Job Summary
Culinary Manager provides leadership across kitchen operations to ensure consistent, high-quality dining experiences for residents. Oversees food quality, recipe standardization, sanitation, safety compliance, and staff training while supporting and developing kitchen team members. Responsible for supervising daily kitchen operations, maintaining regulatory standards, and ensuring meals are prepared safely, efficiently, and with excellence. Collaborates with leadership to plan menus, support special events, and uphold a positive, team-focused work environment. Schedule includes rotation between 1st and 2nd shifts, with weekend and holiday rotations.
Required Qualifications
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Leadership experience in a kitchen or food service environment
