Job Summary
Lead and develop a culinary team to deliver best-in-class culinary experiences. Supervise the team, delegate tasks, and drive Associate engagement while showcasing Topgolf’s core values (Fun, One Team, Excellence, Edgy Spirit, Caring). Manage inventory and food/labor costs per budget, develop and standardize recipes and menus for events, ensure safety and sanitation in the kitchen, and oversee equipment operation and maintenance. Plan and cost menus for special events and chef choice menus, and maintain presentation quality to meet corporate standards.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years in culinary management
- Bachelor’s degree or related culinary degree preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or related culinary degree
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for duration of shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lb
- Ability to work in high-temperature conditions (up to 100 degrees) for extended periods
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Ability to stoop and bend
