Job Summary
The Culinary Management Development Program (CMDP) offers a unique, 23-week on-the-job management training experience tailored for culinary school graduates aspiring to enter restaurant leadership. Participants will engage in hands-on culinary tasks, structured leadership training, and operational responsibilities. Successful graduates will earn the title of Sous Chef and continue along NRG’s Culinary Career Ladder. Applicants must possess strong interpersonal skills, be able to meet physical requirements, and maintain a flexible schedule for varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must have flexible schedule to work during days, nights, weekends, and some holidays as needed
- Must be currently enrolled in a collegiate culinary program, or have graduated within the last 12 months
- Must complete the application in full and be able to submit an academic letter of reference in the application

- Ability to lift and move 25-50 pounds
