Job Summary
Culinary Line Cook on the hot food line responsible for cooking to order, including frying, sautéing and broiling a variety of menu items; roles include working at the hot line, broiler, fry station and salad station in a busy fine-dining setting. Requires a High School Diploma or Equivalent, 3-5 years of cooking experience in a table-service dining environment, solid knowledge of sanitation standards, ability to lift 50 pounds or more, and the ability to perform duties in a stressful, fast-paced fine dining environment. Required Qualifications
