Job Summary
Culinary Inventory and Revenue Systems Analyst responsible for governance and maintenance of the Food & Beverage Division POS and inventory systems at Dollywood, including inputting recipes, allergen substitutions, weekly inventory spot audits, P&L reconciliations, testing cycles for redemptions and promotions, Micros ticketing and entitlements, and collaboration with Culinary Operations leadership to forecast revenue and inventory. Requires implementing enterprise governance for CrunchTime processes, providing training in partnership with the training team, generating reporting to drive decision-making, and ensuring data accuracy for reporting and audits. Emphasis on cross-functional collaboration, data-driven process improvements, and living the Dollywood culture and Lead with Love values.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields such as business administration or IT or extensive practical experience considered in lieu of degree
- Strong business acumen and proven leadership ability
- Ability to analyze situations and make decisions using consultative decision-making when appropriate
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to write reports clearly
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to operate Point of Sale System and training of new employees
- Ability to forecast revenue and inventory for budgeting purposes
- Compliance with health, safety, and food safety handling procedures
- Experience with inventory management and cost trending analysis
