Culinary Inventory and Revenue Systems Analyst - Dollywood Theme Park - Full Time Year Round

Job Summary
Lead with Love culture fit, governance and maintenance of the Food & Beverage Division POS and inventory systems (CrunchTime and Micros) for Dollywood. Manage recipe inputs and allergen substitutions, conduct weekly inventory spot audits, analyze cost-of-goods trends, support weekly P&L reconciliations and month-end closes, publish allergen information, and coordinate testing for redemptions and promotions. Partner with Culinary Operations, IT, Sales Audit, Finance, and Training to ensure accurate reporting, system configurations, and cross-training; develop and deliver reports and forecasts to support budgeting and decision-making; oversee system updates, pricing, and entitlements to enable efficient operations and a strong guest experience. The role requires strong analytical, communication, and project-management skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, POS systems (Micros), and a customer-focused, team-oriented mindset. Education and experience emphasize a bachelor’s degree and leadership ability, with a focus on enterprise governance and continuous improvement within a high-volume food service environment.
