Job Summary
As a Culinary Intern at Home Block Restaurant, you'll contribute to an exceptional culinary experience for guests, assist in running and organizing kitchen stations, execute daily mise en place, and embrace learning opportunities in a fast-paced environment. Required qualifications include enrollment in a culinary program, foundational cooking skills, and 'Food Safe' certification. Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a recognized culinary program
- Foundational cooking techniques and ingredient knowledge
- Current 'Food Safe' certification (or equivalent)
- Open availability until October or have Culinary School Internship/Co-op dates lined up
