Job Summary

Lead culinary operations for an assisted living and memory-care community. Responsibilities include managing the culinary department, overseeing food production, inventory and invoice control, ensuring safe food handling and sanitation, and maintaining compliance with company policies and state/local regulations. Drive department budget, monitor census impact, deliver high-level customer service to residents, families, and staff, and train/develop team members to meet regulatory licensing requirements while providing a homelike, high-quality dining experience.
