Job Summary
Provides nutrition services to patients by reviewing and modifying meal selections to meet provider orders, communicates with clinical and culinary teams, collects nutrition screening data, may perform calorie count and nutrition analysis, runs reports and takes orders using input systems, and delivers/plates trays following standardized diet-nutrition procedures; requires evening PRN shifts, potential 8-hour variants, and ensures accurate credit transactions and customer service within the Intermountain Health Lutheran Hospital setting.
Required Qualifications
- Food Handler Permit or ServSafe Certification is required by first day of work (required ONLY in the states of Utah and Idaho)
