Culinary Coordinator - Noel Manor

Coordinate and supervise shift operations, including temperature checks, cleaning logs, and garbage control while maintaining proper food storage and rotation in compliance with state and local regulations. Assist the Director of Culinary Services with training incoming staff, recipe and menu creation, and planning food for marketing, activity, and catering events. Fill in for the Director when unavailable and field resident or family concerns to resolve complaints. Prepare quality meals following provided recipes, ensure appetizing presentation by neat plating, and wash dishes safely as needed. Maintain orderly, sanitary kitchen spaces and manage inventory of equipment, food, and supplies.
