Job Summary
Culinary Cook responsible for preparing high-quality, nutritionally appropriate meals for residents in a senior living community, in a safe and sanitary kitchen. Tasks include batch cooking, ensuring proper temperatures, tasting and adjusting dishes, planning menus (including special dietary needs), monitoring temperatures, supervising servers, coordinating with the Culinary Director, overseeing deliveries and storage, maintaining a clean work area, and supporting resident needs. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, completion of ServSafe requirements, strong organizational and time-management skills, leadership and team-management abilities, and a positive attitude. Required Qualifications
