Culinary Chef Instructor

The Culinary Chef Instructor at the Culinary Institute of America (CIA) is responsible for teaching students in both classroom and hands-on kitchen environments. Essential duties include developing and preparing lesson plans, evaluating student performance, advising students on career paths, and maintaining educational materials. Required qualifications include a minimum of an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts and seven years of industry experience, along with supervisory experience.
