Job Summary
Manage a specific kitchen section by supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily operations, supervising junior team members, and ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met. Prepare meals with precision to maintain high quality, presentation, and consistency while delivering exceptional dining experiences across Aelia, Culinara, Maison Devoille, and In Room Dining. This role requires a passionate Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie with excellent food preparation techniques and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
