Job Summary
Lead preparation and cooking of daily staff meals for employees across departments; plan balanced menus that accommodate dietary needs, allergies, and cultural preferences; execute bulk food production efficiently for large employee counts; ensure meals are ready and served on schedule for shifts and breaks; maintain proper food temperatures, storage, labeling, and sanitation standards; monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to the Catering Chef; assist with receiving, storing, and rotating food products; maintain a clean, organized staff kitchen and serving area; support premium catering production and service as directed by the Catering Chef once staff meal duties are fulfilled; follow all health, safety, and company policies; support additional kitchen duties as assigned; flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and event days; ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs; intermediate knife skills.
