Job Summary
Culinary Associate responsible for preparing ingredients, portioning, chopping, and cooking according to recipes and quality standards. Operates ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers; tests for doneness and monitors food quality. Sets up and breaks down workstation, serves food in proper portions, and maintains cleanliness and safety in accordance with company policies. Requires ability to follow safety procedures, maintain professional communication, and work effectively in a team to meet quality goals. Education of high school diploma or GED equivalent; at least 1 year of related experience preferred. Marriott International is an equal opportunity employer.
