Job Summary
Offer and serve menu choices to residents in a cheerful, respectful manner while coordinating with the Nutrition and Culinary Services department. Thoroughly clean and sanitize dishes, tables, equipment, and utensils; operate dish machines, pre-soak items, and store leftovers per food handling standards. Prepare various menu items as assigned, monitor daily menus for preparation and labeling, and organize work schedules to meet serving times. Accept vendor deliveries and store items in proper areas. Includes weekend and holiday coverage as needed. Previous food service experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Must be available to work holidays
