Job Summary
Assists with food preparation and serving in dining services for residents, families, and guests; adheres to sanitation, safety, and cleaning procedures; serves residents in the dining room across meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner); maintains a clean, safe kitchen and dining area; supports a dignified, caring atmosphere and responds promptly to residents’ and families’ requests; communicates effectively with residents in understandable language; complies with HIPAA and company policies; participates in trainings and team-oriented tasks; assists with training new dining staff and takes initiative on special projects as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; or less than one year related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
