Job Summary
Provide meal service to tenants under sanitary conditions; communicate and cooperate with team to carry out the Nutrition and Culinary Services; offers and serves menu choices; follows portion control; cleans and sanitizes dishes, tables, equipment, utensils and containers; operates equipment safely; prepares various menu items; verifies daily items are prepared and labeled; stores leftovers per food handling standards; performs duties according to schedules; operates dish machine and handles dishwashing; part-time schedule with 4:00 PM–8:00 PM shifts, 12–15 hours per week; equal opportunity employer; no discrimination based on age, race, religion, color, disability, sex, sexual orientation or national origin
